No hidden fees!

Unlike many other agents, we do not charge an application fee for you to apply for a property.

If you apply for more than one property, you only pay one reference fee and if your application is not successful i.e. not taken to the referencing stage, any fee paid by you will be refunded immediately.

At The Rental Company we treat our tenants with courtesy and respect whilst our friendly staff are here to help with any issues or concerns they may have.  A high proportion of our tenants when moving from property to property prefer to stay with our agency because of the professional and personal service they receive.
